01 INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information that identifies you as a student, including your **Full Name**, **Mobile Number** (used as your primary account identifier), and **Email Address**. When you use our services, we also collect the document metadata necessary for the "PDF Analysis" engine to calculate your order total.
02 DOCUMENT RETENTION POLICY
Unlike traditional cloud storage, FastCopy operates on a **Non-Persistent Storage** model. Uploaded documents are encrypted during transit and stored in a temporary secure cache. All files are automatically wiped from our servers 24 hours after the order status is marked as "Delivered" or "Cancelled".
03 DATA ENCRYPTION
Your personal profile and order history are protected using **Industry-Standard Hashing (PBKDF2)**. We do not store plaintext passwords. Payment processing is handled by third-party encrypted gateways; we never see or store your credit card or UPI credentials.
